Frequently asked questions

1 API Credit equals 1 newly generated image. Bannerly automatically saves generated images, if you share the generated image more than once somewhere it won't take the next API Credit for it. Having 200 API Credits lets you can generate 200 unique images.

Bandwidth is a limitation on how many data we can transfer from our servers to others. For example: if you generate an image in Bannerly which has 100KB of size and your bandwidth is 1GB, then we can transfer your image to social media around 10,000 times (1GB = 1,000,000KB divided by 100KB)

Yes you can! With free plan you can create 10 templates and generate up-to 50 images using no-code automations or REST API.

Sure you can! You can do this in billing section. Once you have canceled, you’ll still have access to your plan until the end of your subscription cycle. If you need any help, contact us.

You can change your plan through upgrade account section by going to "Upgrade account" and selecting other plan. You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, but switching to a lower-tier plan will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
